I just bought this shirt from Oasis...I'm in love! *screams*
Just a little outfit idea below...
I am so excited about 2013 and I can already feel it's going to be a fabulous year (This blog post is a bit late I know, but better late than never)
My first goal was to find a new job - I start in March! I cannot wait!
Write- I want to write more and work on the book I've been writing for years now but never fully commit to
Love- Open my heart & share love
Save- this is my major weakness and this year I am going to try a lot harder to save towards a mortgage
Mortgage-it's about time!
Travel- this is so important for my spirit and I will leave the country at least 3-4 times this year
Take More Risks- do all the things I've wanted to do, but let fear stop me. (blog post on this pending)
What are your goals for 2013 and how close are you to achieving them?
xoxo
Loick Essien ft Bashy- Bad Boys Don't Cry
Definitely a fan of Loick Essien...does anyone else think he's sounding a bit like Usher in this tune? I'm liking it, I'm liking it. Love Bashy's verse on this too.
UK stand up!
xoxoxo
- I'm half Irish and half Ghanaian
- My soul is half hippie/half rasta
- I only wear nude, gold, brown, black, white. You will never see in colours like purple or green.
- I love cheese. Especially with wine
- I have way too many ditzy moments resulting in me being called all kinds of horrendous names such as ‘Hilary Banks’
- Despite being so 'ditzy' I actually got AAB in my a-levels and a 2:1 in my degree
- I have a secret blog I have been writing in since I was 13
- I thought I was a cat person until I got one and realised they're overrated. Well my one anyway. He doesn't cuddle with me or let me stroke him when I want to. Need a refund tbh
- I'm a drama queen
- I will openly talk about sex wherever and whenever
- I'm pretty sure I was related to Bob Marley in a past life
- I worry about everything
- Every now and then I nearly delete this blog
- I am NOT a morning person, do not even attempt to make small talk with me
- I can't save money for shit
- Pink champagne makes me happy
- I turn nearly everything into a song, no matter what the situation is, I will find a song to fit and break out in melody
- One day I'm a city chick, the next I want to move to the countryside and live in a cottage and grow my own food. Personality disorder?
- I have trouble with respecting authority
- I'm a homely kind of girl, my perfect night is curled up with a glass of wine watching movies

Smooches
- Going out to eat with one of my closest girlfriends and then toasting in my birthday with champagne at midnight. And the fact she text me at midnight saying happy birthday despite sitting right next to me. That made me giggle.
- Simone's school kids singing happy birthday to me down the phone...I actually cried
- Him sending me pink roses on my birthday (my absolute favourite)
- Having a quiet night in on my actual birthday with my family and friends.
- Handing in my notice at work. New year. New job.
- My new kindle fire
- Having 3 days off work. It felt great moping around the house doing nothing and I even watched an episode of Jeremy Kyle in the morning. It's the small things people.
- Going to TGI's with my work colleague/new friend for life.
- Spending my weekend with him.
- Eating macaroni and cheese for the first time in years. Love it!
I still can't believe how fast this year is going...we're now officially in Summer...*does a cartwheel*
Spring was was pretty fun, but this summer is going to be amazing. I literally cannot wait! I'll be at the wireless festival this year and I'm going to JAMAICA!!!!
Anyway thank you Spring for having me, it's been fun...

This week I spent celebrating my birthday- it wasn't a big one but I celebrate my birthday every year no matter what. I'm a firm believer that another year of life and fabulosity is worth a celebration- even if you just do something small.
1. He sent me my favourite flowers for my birthday *blushes*
2. We had a little party in a cottage in Kent
3. Midnight on my birthday, champagne was popped and life was celebrated
4. Me, pouting as usual SMH
I promise to blog more over the coming weeks!!!
Hugs & kisses
